Learn the art of programming differential equations in Matlab using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. Participants are taken step-by-step through the process of programming differential equations and solving them numerically. The course reveals the secrets of the Matlab solvers and the best technique for parameterizing your equations. The method is then extended to building custom models that can run in the toolbox graphical interface with no graphical programming effort. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to simulate custom systems of Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations and Stochastic Differential Equations. Example code is provided in all cases.
